The wildly popular Boardwalk Empire Season 2 has launched on HBO, and Rock and Wrap It Up! volunteers have watched it from the sidelines since March 2011 when filming began all around the New York / New Jersey area. For the second season, food prepared but not served has been recovered by agencies working with RWU.

NY Rangers defensemen Brian Boyle & Steve Eminger help Rock and Wrap It Up! feed the hungry after a game - by recovering over 300 meals at Madison Square Garden for donation to a local church. All 30 National Hockey League sports teams are now fighting poverty and waste through their partnership with non-profit charity Rock and Wrap It Up!
